It does not look bad in pics. I have used a hammer, pocket knife. You hit, it sounds dead, deforms. Run away. I heard a guy say he bought a HF sandblaster. What kind of access? If you plan to keep?
Classmate used to sandblast a lot of trucks. Now only if putting on custom sleeper. Some I thought were bad. Cleaned up decent. *decade back at least*
