I dont think there is a magic bullet. Frame doesn't look wavy yet, if the inspection facility will wave it through the test lane probably don't have to drive all white knuckled waiting for it to snap in half. A few years ago we had a 70's IH tandem and the frame looked quite a lot uglier than your pictures, we tried to keep the load under 600 bushels and slowed down some for the big bumps.
