Northwest Missouri | Hired one guy, worked for 4 years before we hired his kid who had just quit a job. Kid turned out to be an idiot and we didn’t fire him because of how we were afraid the dad would react. Big mistake. Wrecked our truck a couple weeks later then wrecked his truck 3 days after that. Then he got real scarce. The day I was sick of it and didn’t care what happened anymore he quit just as I was about to fire him.
Don’t think we will do that again, or if we do we will fire them no matter what the consequences with the other employees are. | |
