North of London | I wish I had answers to your question but I don't.
Mine passed 10 weeks ago just after our 55th anniversary.
Time does help but I still need much more and expect many memories will remain for the rest of my life
Be sure to talk to others and don't try to go it alone.
As others noted I take comfort in knowing the pain is over for her and we have no control over life so just have to continue as I know she would have wished.
You will have days that are better than others just remember the good days and put the bad days behind you quickly.
Strange things will trigger feelings and we have no control over those so just have to work through it
Hopefully you have family and some good friends that will take your hand as you go froward.
I will think about you as I know what you are going through.
