nc IA | We went through this. Have a 14 and a 21. In the 21 you have to have the “FX4” package in order to get 4 high enabled. We got the tow package which gave us 4 Low and neutral in addition to 4 Auto. I assumed and specifically asked the dealer to make sure 4 low would make 4 high available. I and they both were wrong. 4 auto sucks in the winter compared to the 14 with a true locked in 4 high. Button spot is there and hardware is also. But dealer unwilling or able to hook up computer to reflash software to turn it on.
