Wallis, TX | Did it last year with an H2a worker. Hired the BIL of a good worker, turned out he was worthless. Sat him down and had the ‘get better or you’re going home’ talk. BIL quit and 3 days later the good worker quit, said he was homesick.
This year hired the son of our headhunter. Turned out to be a disaster.
With that said, I know a small company that has a whole extended family from Mexico hired and they’re doing great. But, their culture on work, family etc is different. | |
