Has anyone ever had severe suicidal thoughts about taking their own life and if you did how did you overcome the thoughts? I’m in a very bad situation right now, but seems that it is not resolvable.

Call your best friend right now

Go to local Hospital and see a mental health specialist immediately. They can access you and may be as simple as change of medication or a short stay.
