BIL had 1/2 of his blow off this past winter here from a winter hurricane force wind/rain storm.Was wet,they were able to shovel/rake the insulation off from above.Access was using a lift as 20 ft posted.He had equip below installed permanently and could not easily drop ceiling.Work safe and take photos for insurance and posting here.
