Just stick with a vegetable oil. The enhanced mental state of enjoying something that really tasted good does a body as much good as sticking to a strict diet, ha. Lard has it's place, biscuits and pie dough,,,,oh wait, that's adding on carbs. Oh well, I'm glad I can eat whatever I want
