That drop-out is normal, mine does it too. But there is acutally not a drop in connection, and it will keep streaming to RTK2go without getting banned.
I would second what WildBuckWheat said about RTKdata.online. Give that a go. I have not tried it much, but many say it it more stable than RTK2go. And you can do your own reservations, and should not get IP banned.

It looks like you got all the GPS satellites available, so you should see higher satellite numbers on your displays now.
With your Mosaic, set your 1005/6, 1008 and 1230 message to around 10 seconds, no need to have it every second. I don't think you need 1033, but you should send 1230, even though it is a zero message. The rover will still use the 0.

You can have multiple streams go out of the Mosaic, just set up another one. So you can have one that suits FMX, one for 372, etc. They should both be happy with what you have now with 1074+84, or 1004+1012. But CMR should work too.

If you get a newer receiver like nav-900 that is unlocked for L5 frequency, you can activate that as well. It is in the expert settings. It is deactivated by default.
Here is a link that explains how to activate it. https://www.ardusimple.com/how-to-configure-simplertk3b-as-static-ba...
