find sometimes the pivot has to be moved a little so the grease can squeeze by sometimes takes 2 people one with the grease gun holding full pressure and and another moving it slightly but be careful. also if there any load on it try to let it down so no pressure on that pin and bushing. Also I have found a good old lever grease gun the kind that takes 2 hands will have more pressure to open plugged grease zirks than a electric one .
