Subject: Grease zero won't take grease

The arm where the boom hooks to my track hoe won't take grease.
One side does but not the other.
I have removed the zerk and cleaned as far as a small wire will reach.
And it will only take part of a pump.

I have sprayed brake clean and penetrating oil in and no luck.
I tried using the tool you hit with a hammer and no luck.
I filled the remote grease tube with oil and left it vertical and no luck.
The joint has a poly bushing of some kind.
I am thinking about using heat and wonder how much if any it will tolerate.
Any other suggestions are welcome!
THANKS.
