Note - The standardized GPS and GLONASS RTCM-3 messages, which cannot be effectively extended to other GNSS systems and other signals, are limited to L1 and L2 frequency bands and to only one signal per band. MSM (Multiple Signal Messages) added in RTCM-3.2 realizes the maximum compatibility with RINEX-3 and is used to replace legacy RTCM-3 messages (such as MT1001-1004, MT1009-1012).
The above is implicityly suggesting a person must know what RTCM ver their equipment is accepting if using RTCM messages. The AFS Vector Pro, as based upon Case's information and what mx270a said, it "will track all 4 GNSS constellations on all unlock levels,"
https://talk.newagtalk.com/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=1117977&mid=10...
and Case says "it is not backwards compatible with prior models."
https://www.caseih.com/en/asiapacific/products/advanced-farming-syst...
As such, the Vector Pro is not using RTCM-3.0, but a higher ver like RTCM-3.2. Based upon the note above, "which cannot be effectively extended to other GNSS systems and other signals," I interpret this to mean two different base RTK setups are required if there are "legacy" rovers using RTCM-3.0, and newer rovers using RTCM-3.+
The pic below is from my Reach M2, which shows both RTCM formats (3.0 & a higher RTCM version). I set it up for Legacy equipment showing what checkboxes I believe should be checked. But if using say the AFS Vector Pro, I would delete those check marks in the legacy area, and check the boxes above them.
