Seriously, whatever you think it is REALLY worth, multiply that number by 10. What are house lots selling for in your area? You are basically selling off a house lot, but worse. Can't farm it, can't build anything close to it, no one will want to build a house next to it, and it will be there FOREVER. So you lose the use of that property and the property around it is devalued at the same time. | |
