Feeding wildlife leads to congregation in larger numbers than would otherwise occur. This leads to increased disease transmission and overloads other necessities such as cover and water. It also creates a dependency on whoever is feeding them.
IDK, around HERE the different types of hawks seem to enjoy the smorgasbord that's being supplied by the cringing bird feed folks. Some of the hawks can grab their chow mid-flight even. |
