Western-Central Lower Michigan | I thought there was a US Supreme Court decision that was going to change all "definitions" (especially regards to USDA) to saying a "wetland" was only part of a navigable waterway....
Well that was my "short and sweet interpretation of the outcome of the court case.
If I understand (and I probably dont) it would get USDA out of our fields (for the most part) with regards to determining wetlands.
I think this is the ruling.
