It's called customer service. Trying my best to get established. There are 1000s of calves I can produce feed for if I find an alternative to jd financial. It's definitely in my best interest to figure it out.
Customer service in the feed business is getting people the right feed on time at a good price. Paying for it is their part to figure out.
