Use a rental agent.They take here 5 %.They have a list of approved tenants here as housing is short .Rents here for an entire house is 2000$ a month if you are lucky.Most near 3 grand.I had a rental unit.PIA for several years..."when are you gonna fix my faucet?" calls on any moments notice."I got laid off".."My friend dumped me".Went to a rental agent,,smooooooth as glass.
