Northwind - 5/20/2024 13:48 I rent to my daughter older farm house. 4 bedrooms one bath but remodeled and pretty decent with single car attached garage. Well water and garbage service paid by me with farm dumpster. I charge her $300 a month. Have yet to get paid. So don't do that. Could easily rent it for $700/800 a month.
