| We are in the process of buying the house next door. I’ve never owned a house to rent and I’m not excited about renters, but it’s about 300 feet from my house and I farm on three sides of it. I figure one of my kids can live there some day.
My question is how do I figure out what to charge for rent? Do you charge what the monthly mortgage payment is? Or do you use a percentage of the purchase price? Or is there another way that you come up with something? Thanks | |
