Still have the phone number? I’ll bet the federal government frowns upon people impersonating federal agencies. Maybe pass his number on to the appropriate people. It sounds like a BTO fishing to pick up more acres.
How would asking who the tenant is help that? A few seconds on onX would tell anyone who wants to know who the owner is?
