Hoisington, KS | Lucas, here in Barton/Rush county the wheat is burned up and yield potential is probably less than 30 in most cases. I haven't seen any planes spraying around here except for pastures. Our moisture for the year is about 2.50" and .50-.75" since February 5. The no-till wheat is hanging on better than tillage this year; last year it was the opposite, but last year 60% of the wheat was zeroed out by the first week of May. | |
