If your existing lines were done with RTK or centerpoint rtx , you can manually adjust the coordinates to your own base to "make it fit"

Tidbit - How Many Decimal Digits for Storing Longitude and Latitude?

Summary: 7 digits are sufficient to store coordinates with centimeter accuracy and 8 digits are enough to store coordinates with millimeter accuracy. Additional digits right of the decimal point will lead to micrometer or nanometer accuracy, which is not relevant in most geospatial applications.

CORS - OPUS report uses ten digits to right of decimal point, but our equipment uses 8 digits for location info. So adjusting the N/S & E/W values might be real close, but not perfect.  Nailing down a RTK's base location is not a piece of cake.  OPUS can nail it down to 0.8 to 2 cm in various locations.  I got mine down to 18mm RMS, so if I was using Case's NTRIP RTK+, I might see a difference of some 0.7" in tracking.
