Tebuconazole is cheapest and high on list for efficacy on all the rust species. It’s also labeled for head scab at flowering so you’re still on label. A few days in the mid 80’s to 90 and nights 65-70 and it’ll disappear. Leaf rust probably won’t be far behind the stripe rust though and handles higher temps just fine.
