As mentioned most ketchup has a lot of sugar.
If ketosis is your goal (very low carb) then even no sugar added ketchup may even have too many carbs. Just check the label and portion size.
A low carb ketogenic diet for most people has to range in no more than 20-50 grams total carbs a day. Just low carb can be under 100-125 per day range.
Just depends on your goals and needs how particular you need to be. Low carb can be pretty easy. Ketogenic is pretty strict. | |
