N.E. MO | Based on the information you gave, I’d recommend a Kelly Diamond Harrow. Hit it in the fall after the disc. Hit it again in the spring (if even neeeded) and plant. We don’t use a field cultivator much anymore, but our Kelly harrows cover more acres than anything on the place, except MAYBE the sprayers.
