NW Illinois
Not sure where you are located, but rain activation plays a part in chemistry. Resicore shouldn’t need more than 1/2 rain to get working. Other variable would be if chemistry sits on top without rain too long, weeds can come through it even if it rains later to activate.

Resicore at 2 qts has Harness, but at a lighter rate then if you were to apply a straight single shot full rate of Harness. Even the lighter rate of Harness, if moisture activated, should be controlling grasses and small seeded broadleaves like common ragweed, waterhemp, and lambsquarters at 2 weeks out. The Meso and Stinger should have been strong burndown, but here anyways, we would not plan on much residual activity on the large seeds broadleaves. Example would be giant ragweed and cocklebur will walk through locally.

As other posters have said, locally we would recommend a pound of atrazine with any pre spraying that doesn’t have it premixed already. There are some cases where we wouldn’t, like watershed setback rules or a crop rotation restriction. We have not had very much success over the years leaving it out. Harness Max, Verdict, Corvus, etc. all get the atrazine booster here.

Side note. You can look into using a generic Harness(Volley) with a product called Meso Core and make it yourself much cheaper than Resicore. Especially if you feel the respray dollars protection isn’t adequate.
