| Reinke was 20% cheaper than valley or zimmatic locally. We upgraded to the Sugargator Reinke with like 14' of clearance underneath and it was about the same price as the other two offerings, valley 5000, and whatever the economy zimmatic was with only 9' of clearance. These are local prices, i'm sure it varies wildly across the country.
The reinke system replaced an old valley 5000.
It's pretty sweet being able to drive the sprayer and combines under the pivot, and not have to worry about truck deliveries and stuff coming up and down the driveway. Pivot goes over our main farm's driveway.
Local valley has nearly a monopoly. Zimmatic is practically unheard of. and Reinke has maybe 5-10% of the market.
