Crop insurance will say it will come back. We have had a reasonable amount of hail over the years. Once that growing point is above the ground you start to have real problems. I guess it depends on how many acres of it and do you have the rest of your crop planted. If it were mine it would get destroyed because it appears the growing point is above the ground. You have large areas of drowned out corn, some broken off and some stripped of its leaves. Not sure what your potential is but it sure looks like you had a pretty thin stand to start with. It is amazing how sime guys will fight over a half percent of singulation or spacing but they look at a field like this and somehow think it still have good potential.
