Bottom line, Your body makes the majority of cholesterol found in your body, Its not from your diet. Cholesterol has some very vital functions in the body and lowering it doesn't make sense as it harms the body in degrading those functions because of a lack of Cholesterol. Higher levels of cholesterol are associated with longer life (lower mortality) and lower cholesterol is associated with short life and higher mortality. The Medical Pharma complex will never ever tell you this because they are all minting coin with statins. there was a meta analysis done on 29 Random control trials of Statins and 27 studies showed zero mortality difference between taking the Statin vs not taking the Statin. these are the studies put out by Big Pharma and they gamed the studies and the statistics from the studies because that is what they do and the FDA doesn't stop them from doing it. So even with rigged studies they can not any mortality benefit. But you need to look around for yourself and decide for yourself. The Medical industry is not your friend. | |
