Subject: RE: Seed depth at planting

Coles County, Illinois
I have minimum depths. 2" for corn and 1" on soybeans. I rarely have to go deeper on corn but often go to 1 1/2" on soybeans or even deeper. I want soybeans in moist soil and I also want my generic Prowl incorporated. 20 mph wind and 90 degree weather means you sometimes got to sock them in.
