North of London
My thoughts from limited info about your farm..........

I will make some assumptions
To begin your wife has an opportunity how can you not support that?
So my assumption is you WILL move with her to the new job

500-600 acres is not a very big operation in todays world and I will assume just crops.
You need a bunk at the farm so you can come to work in busy seasons and stay for a few days.

You need to have a serious discussion with your brother on how it will work
You may have to take a little less of % of farm income
You indicate using Bachelors in Ag at new location so will offset reduction from farm.

Marriage is a partnership so you are the one that needs to make a few concessions at this time.

BTW your job at new location needs to know you will need to book off for a few days during planting and harvest.

You CAN make it work but cover all the details before they become problems.
