South Central MN | You talking about one where you double boil the egg/cream mixture and then mix it in a can surrounded by ice?
Basic recipe for vanilla was cream cheese, heavy cream, milk, sugar, & vanilla.
With the creami you mix ingredients together in a bowl, no cooking, pour it into the ninja pint container, and freeze it 24 hrs. Put the pint into the Creami and it mixes it up with a special blender blade from the top down. It may not technically be ice cream, but it tastes, feels, and looks like it. Way creamier and with fewer ice crystals than from the spinning ice bucket machines.
I'm sure some guys have perfected the ice bucket ice cream, but we never have. First try with the Creami and it was nearly perfect.
