Bloomington and Putnam IL | Been lifting weights for about 45 years now. Be 60 in a few months. Real simple as I age. Maxing out with 40# dumb bells for my sets along with 1 long set of push ups (around 100) and lots of stretching. 3 days a week in the basement for around 30 minutes. Only 5'9" and 155 but still as much definitition as in high school (wrestled 155 as a senior). Also run about 30 miles a week, push mow a mountian and help mom in her massive gardens. Start slow with very light weights. Sretch out a lot. Being ripped more genetic though (as long as "chemical" free).
