NWIL | Have one, and like it for what it’s good with. A good addition to my lineup of cooking apparatuses. Just a two burner that wife bought on sale.
Breakfast, fajitas, stir fry, smash burgers, fish, and occasionally a pizza it works great with.
I also have a Weber charcoal grill, pellet grill, charcoal smoker, and electric smoker at the ready, each has their things they are well suited for and things they aren’t so good with. Used to have a gas grill too, but when it rusted out and I had figured out my new pellet grill, it hadn’t been missed. | |
