I'd get a trainer if it was me.I did when I started lifting weights again when I was 50.Lifted weights in high school
But kind off forgot technique later in life.Worked with one for a year at a gym.Best money spent.Avoid injuries an do the proper stretching movements. After year ziI was on my own but it really made me a much stronger person with no injuries to my body.No what your doing is key.Good luck.
