There is much more detail. I suppose like growing veggies in Maine, way too many details…. I always like hearing about what you are doing there, something different than corn. :-).

I am in the process of building a farmer owned oat mill. I won’t be the head miller but better know how it all works. It’s a large project for me but looking to process 2M bushels a year at startup. Providing CPG/consumers with premium, identity preserved oats from domestic production. Trying to move farms beyond just producing commodity crops.
