Subject: RE: Side by side trailers?

Texas
I have a 4 seat gator that’s fairly low ground clearance. I got tired of using a 16’ utility with 7k axles and bought a cheap 16’ light duty trailer. Added a fold down ramp and put a tool box across the front. I put a big D ring up front so I just clip a chain up front to keep it in place. Way better not having to strap it down.
Wife can load it and hook on too and her Tahoe doesn’t even know it’s back there. Where the heavy trailer was hard for her to hook and she’d gripe about her car screaming up hills and stuff.

My dad has a short single axle trailer and it can whip and stuff if you don’t get it loaded right. Doesn’t pull good empty either with the big ramp taking weight off the tongue. No extra room either.
