Works well for what it is, but it is basically a big gas fired skillet. My wife got one on clearance, and at half price, I think it was good, but at full price I don't know if it is worth it over a skillet or griddle you can put on a regular grill. It does have a nice heavy cook surface that heats evenly.
It's good at what it does, but what it does is kind of limited. However, if you like to feed groups of people, a Blackstone and a regular grill work well together as each has foods they cook better than the other. | |
