I'm in the organic game, so no insecticide and I usually work rye in. Just now making the second tillage pass to get it all dead. I've occasionally had seedcorn maggot issues but not usually bad. There's less time for them to do damage when planting in late May and beans emerge in less than a week. Planting shortly after working in a lot of green material usually creates the worst problem.
