We bought a corn planter this spring and by the terms of the web we had to have it removed in 24 hours.
Roads were all snow and salt covered.
Called the auctioneer and he said pick it up when conditions are right.
I've seen land come up for sale for back taxes and the owner would come in on the last day and pay the first year off.
Kicking the can down the road.
People wasted thier time getting financing in place.
