I think that all transactions of Anything large should be indexed to Gold.  $80000 property in 1984 was $ 262 Ounces of gold .  $615000 should be 262 ounces of gold today.  But the federal and state governments wants 1/3 of the $535000 difference.  Not to mention the "rent " paid every year to the state.
