North East Wimmera district of Victoria.

Rolled oat porridge.

I have a small measuring cup - it lives in the jar of rolled oats.

1 measuring cup. pinch of salt, water - not measured but you soon get to know too much or too little!

2 minutes microwave on high.

Give the bowl a stir - add more water if the porridge is 'solid',

Another 2 minutes on medium high, add milk, sugar [ or maple syrup!] and eat.

Just finished my morning bowl as i go through NAT!
