coast of Maine | It takes two most of the time here.My boss is the main and we have a great secondary for all the regulations and crew care issues.Pay scale is quite nice near 1/2 more than her previous school system job.Health care paid with the total cost added to her wage.She takes care of her own plan that way.I would cease to function with out the ladies doing the office part.It is not all in the office either.They also do soil testing/water testing(FSMA) and parts/supply runs as needed.They get to travel to ag related training sessions across the USA in the winter.Main payroll is contracted out to a service but you still need to tally and categorize hours.Receiving deliveries at times.Sending out gov required data.Crazy amount of regulatory needs for a small veg op. | |
