Cleveland, MS. Own small farm near Booneville, MS | Replacing buckshot with rock salt and burning a few behinds will sometimes cure what ails the petty criminal element. MANY years ago in the county where I grew up the sheriff would sometimes catch teenagers committing "small crimes." Instead of arresting them and burdening the courts with such things, he would just have them bend over the hood of his car, give them a good, old-fashioned "correction" with his belt, and send them home. Most learned the lesson. | |
