Yes just a small amount of difference in the amount of the ingredients makes a difference in the consistency of the finished product. I use a 1/4 cup measure to dup the oats. I don't strike it off for a accurate measure. Sometimes it''s heaped sometimes bot. The rasins not measured just some on top. I add milk enough for stuff to float not measured.
