| We’ve had full time office manager for 15 years. It’s a tough job that deserves good pay. Ours makes around around the same salary as a nurse, more than a teacher. Between clerical, dispatching,FSA,banking,liscensing,payroll,event planning etc. it’s a lot to balance on a big farm. If anyone has a good way to break up those responsibilities I’d love to talk to you. It’s about too much even for an exceptionally qualified individual. | |
