Like already been stated, stretching is a must first thing when you wake up don’t put your feet on the floor without stretching! Good inserts are a must, my sis-in-law works for a foot doctor and she recommended a low but consistent dose of advil 1 morning and night for 2 weeks, that helped
Two things I did, not saying it cured it but it’s funny it went away after, I stopped taking a statin for cholesterol and I quit my once a day energy drink habit, replaced it with water. Sugar is an inflammatory
