Subject: RE: Summer Grilling

Hillsboro, TN
We have a Blackstone that we use for camping. It's more portable than my Weber gas grill. I much prefer the Weber tho. Maybe it's my cooking style, but I have only found a couple things that Blackstone excels at, mainly breakfast items i.e. bacon, sausage, fried potatoes, pancakes, etc NOT SCRAMBLED EGGS tho. The first time I tried them on it they ran off into the grease pan.
