Western EC Iowa | For me, this was the highlight of my first trip to Louisville. I have a very good friend who is in a wheelchair and would love to have one of these buggies... They were developed by a student at South Florida University and Dixie Chopper is apparently going to be making them. It is powered by the wheelchair and really is a very simple idea.
